Role Title: DeliveryHeadBusiness: RBWM TechnologyRole Purpose / Description-Provide AsiaPacific in region oversight and holistic management of digital service deliveryand operation-Connect specialistsin all related disciplines and experts in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific markets toconduct diagnosis and solve cross teams challenges and issues, in particularthose specific to markets-Provide advice onlocal and regional trends and practices for example, customers, partners,service providers, competitors, compliance and regulatory as well assurrounding backend systems integration, which are the essential elements toland the global systems to markets.-Recommend solutionsand technologies for the improved use of IT solutions and applications todeliver commercially sound and innovative ways of addressing new and existingbusiness challenges in particular on Open Banking-Ensure adherence togovernance procedures and significant contribution to process improvement.-Considering riskimplications in all decisions and activities through a good understanding ofbusiness activity, opportunities and threats.-Ensure that problemsare managed at peer level, and escalated efficiently with the minimumdisruption to the business.-Adopt and sharestandards, tools, best practices, principles for cost, quality and productivityimprovement.-Maintain goodexposure and develop knowledge in new techniques, products, services,technologies and standards职位要求:Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications-University degree incomputer science, information technology, related discipline or equivalentexperience-In depth experience ofInternet, Mobile and Digital Experience delivery with a working knowledge ofagile methodologies, DevOps processes.-Strong IT Leadership,managing matrix project teams both regionally and globally, with the ability towork effectively as part of a team or on an individual basis-Knowledge withdomestic trends in terms of Open Banking, Store Value Facility, and technologybeing used in the context of online payment, Person to Person or Person toMerchant-Knowledge of Cloud,API, Mule API gateway, Micro service, AWS-Knowledge of thegeneral mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies-Experience in OpenBanking and Banking Products or Services is an added advantage-Strong team player towork with business and IT stakeholders in regional and global teams-Self-motivated and abilityin working under pressure in matrix team structure-Knowledge on BankingProducts or Services would be an advantageAbout HSBC TechnologyChinaWedevelop, implement and support software and IT services and processes thatallow HSBC to remain at the forefront of high-quality banking systems.
