Home Credit B.V., founded in 1997, is an international consumer finance provider, with operations in Central Eastern Europe, CIS countries, Asia and United States. Home Credit B.V. focus on responsible lending primarily to people with little or no credit history. Their services are simple, easy and fast. They operate in highly attractive markets with significant barriers to entry, as a leading provider of consumer finance in selected countries. It is their experience and knowledge across the different markets, which sustainably puts them ahead of competitors. Home Credit drive and broaden financial inclusion for the unbanked population by providing a positive and safe borrowing experience – the first for many of their customers. They promote higher living standards and meet borrowers’ financial needs. As of year-end of 2017, Home Credit has operated in 10 countries, have served over 29 million active customers through the vast distribution network comprising near 400,000 POS outlets.
As of March 2018, Home Credit China has presence in 312 cities covering 29 provinces together with municipalities directly under the central government. By working closely with national retail chains such as D.Phone and Suning, it has set up more than 230,000 POS outlets across the country, and serving over 19 million active customers.
继武汉和长沙客户服务中心投入运营后，2016年9月，捷信正式启用其在华投资的全新客户服务中心 – 天津客户服务中心。此前，捷信在华共设有武汉和长沙两大客户服务中心，共可容纳8000名专业客服人员，日均服务量可达750,000次。随着天津客户服务中心全面投入运行，有近15,000名客服人员为客户提供7天无休的专业服务，服务能力和水平都将得到显著提升。
After the Wuhan and Changsha customer service centers went into operations, Home Credit launched another customer service center in Tianjin in September 2016. The two centers in Wuhan and Changsha combined can accommodate over 8,000 professional customer service operators who can handle 750,000 calls a day. With the full operation of Tianjin customer service center, nearly 15,000 professional customer service operators can provide 7/24 professional services for customers, and the service capability and level will be significantly improved.
